Santé Eyecare

Santé Eyecare is an independent, locally owned eye care practice in Pflugerville founded by Dr. Andrea Kells. We created Santé around a simple idea: eye care should feel personal, thoughtful, and focused not only on how well you see today, but on protecting your vision and eye health for years to come.

Our approach combines comprehensive and preventive eye care with modern diagnostic technology and a highly personalized patient experience. We care for patients of all ages—from a child’s first eye exam to adults managing changing vision and more complex eye health needs. Our services include comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses, pediatric eye care and myopia management, dry eye treatment, medical eye care, and surgical co-management. 

Santé is also home to a curated optical boutique. Rather than offering walls of nearly identical frames, we select eyewear from independent designers alongside recognizable luxury brands, giving our patients options that feel distinctive, well-made, and personal to their style.
