My name is Benjamin Villalon, and I'm the founder of Benefitnessnow. I started this company with one simple belief: fitness should help people live better—not just look better.

At Benefitnessnow, our mission is to empower adults to stay active, strong, and independent through safe, effective, and personalized fitness programs. We believe movement is one of the greatest gifts we have, and it's never too late to build strength, improve balance, boost confidence, and enjoy a healthier quality of life.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with adults of all ages and fitness levels, especially those 50 and older. I've seen firsthand how the right guidance, encouragement, and community can transform not only physical health but also confidence, independence, and overall well-being.
