My name is Genesys Añez, and I am the founder and owner of Big Yummy since 2019. Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, I built Big Yummy with the dream of sharing the authentic flavors and traditions of my country while creating a place where everyone feels welcome.

What started as a dream has grown into one of North Texas’ most recognized Venezuelan restaurant brands, known for authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and a strong commitment to quality. As an entrepreneur, I believe success is built through hard work, consistency, and genuine care for our customers, employees, and community.

Beyond my business, I am passionate about giving back. I believe restaurants can make a positive impact beyond the food they serve, and I am proud that Big Yummy supports charitable initiatives, cultural events, and community outreach whenever possible.

At Big Yummy, we proudly serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Our menu features traditional Venezuelan favorites including arepas, cachapas, patacones, tequeños, empanadas, parrillas, grilled meats, burgers, fresh salads, homemade desserts, specialty coffee, natural juices, cocktails, and much more. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and the authentic flavors that make our guests feel at home.
