About
Kalamaki or Καλαμάκι in Greek, means “skewer” —our specialty and namesake!
Kalamaki is an authentic Greek souvlaki and gyro eatery inspired by the owners childhood on the island of Mykonos, Greece. Our mission is to serve an authentic taste of Greek souvlaki right here in Texas drawn from our first hand experience of living and being raised on one of Greece’s most quintessential islands.
