Queen of To Do was founded in 2011 in Austin, Texas by Kate Ginsberg, Founder and CEO, with a simple but radical belief: delegation is not a luxury; it is infrastructure.
 
We exist to support high-capacity lives. The kind of lives that hold families, companies, communities, and big responsibilities. When the details at home are handled, people have more capacity to lead, create, and show up where they matter most.
 
What began as personal assistant support evolved alongside our clients into comprehensive home and life management. As complexity increased, so did our systems, our team, and our standards. Today, we support everything from day-to-day household operations to relocations, estate-level logistics, and executive-level needs.
 
In 2021, Heather Snaman joined as President after a decade of founder-led growth, bringing operational rigor and systems-forward leadership that allowed Queen of To Do to scale without losing its soul. Together, Kate and Heather lead a women-owned company known for discretion, follow-through, and a deep respect for both clients and employees.
 
In 2024, Queen of To Do was recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as a CO-100 Culture Champion, named among the Top 100 Small Businesses in the country. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, the trust we’ve earned, and the quiet impact of making powerful lives more sustainable.
