JakesCakes ATX

Jake Margis is the founder and creator of JakesCakes ATX, an Austin-based bakery redefining what a cookie and cookie cake can be. Built from the ground up in Austin, JakesCakes ATX combines creativity, customization, and functional nutrition to create desserts that look incredible, taste indulgent, and offer options for today's health-conscious consumer.

Jake specializes in custom cookie cakes, protein cookies, custom logo cookies, corporate gifting, and desserts for events and celebrations. His work ranges from highly detailed, hand-decorated cookie cakes and branded corporate cookies to soft-baked protein cookies designed with approximately 10 grams of protein per cookie.

A major specialty of JakesCakes ATX is creating products for a variety of lifestyles and dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, organic-focused, and high-protein options. Rather than treating these as an afterthought, Jake focuses on making better-for-you desserts that still deliver the flavor, texture, creativity, and visual appeal people expect from an indulgent treat.

JakesCakes ATX has also become increasingly involved in the Austin business and events community, creating custom products for companies, fitness and wellness communities, networking organizations, real estate professionals, local events, and private celebrations. Through the growing JakesCakes ATX Corporate Cookie Program, Jake is expanding the brand beyond traditional catering by helping businesses celebrate employee birthdays, recognize their teams, thank clients, provide office treats, and create memorable branded gifts.

At the center of JakesCakes ATX is Jake's belief that people shouldn't necessarily have to choose between indulgence and intention. Whether it's a protein-packed cookie, an elaborate custom cookie cake, or hundreds of branded cookies for a company event, every product is designed to be memorable.

JakesCakes ATX represents a new approach to the traditional bakery: functional indulgence, built to celebrate.
