For 29+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of building my career in the wellness industry, including 25+ years leading Get Fit With Faryn and 20+ years specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness and wellness. During that time, I’ve helped people build strength, mobility, and stability while developing a deeper connection to their bodies.

My work goes beyond providing a workout plan. It begins with listening, understanding, and seeing the whole person and ultimately inclusion. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I approach that responsibility with intention and respect.
