Sunshine Brews Coffee Co

At Sunshine Brews, our motto has always been simple: Be the Sunshine.

To us, that has never just meant serving great coffee. It means showing up with kindness, creating a place where people feel known, and believing that the smallest interactions can brighten someone’s day.

Being nominated for Best of Texas Coffeehouse is something we never imagined when Sunshine Brews started as a dream. We aren’t a big chain with a big budget. We’re a locally owned coffee shop built by people who genuinely love this community and believe coffee has a way of bringing people together.

Every drink, every conversation across the counter, every early morning, and every late night has been worth it because of the people who choose to walk through our doors. You’ve celebrated promotions, brought us your babies, studied for exams, held business meetings, laughed with friends, cried through hard days, and invited us to be a small part of your story.

This nomination belongs just as much to our incredible team and this community as it does to us. Whether we win or not, we’re simply grateful to serve Ennis and to live out our mission to Be the Sunshine every single day.

Thank you for believing in our little coffee shop and reminding us that a community built on kindness, connection, and a really good cup of coffee can do something pretty special.
