About
Calm Heart Therapeutic Massage specializes in helping people recover from chronic stress and burnout. The principal technique used is called Ashiatsu, an ancient modality with Japanese roots. It involves the therapist standing on the table and delivering pressure with her soft and sanitized feet. At Calm Heart, the focus is on supporting each person through customized sessions that incorporate not only precise musculoskeletal targeting, but also intentional nervous system work. The effects of this thoughtful approach are deeply healing and restorative. Having originally opened its doors in May of 2020, in Edmond, Oklahoma, Calm Heart Therapeutic Massage has proudly been serving the Fort Worth community since 2022.
