Safari Winery

Safari Winery is a family-owned and operated winery rooted in the rich history of Fredericksburg, Texas. Our family’s connection to the area reaches back to the founding of Fredericksburg, and we are proud to continue that legacy by bringing something new and exciting to the Texas Hill Country.

Safari Winery was created to introduce our community and visitors to exceptional wines from around the world. We proudly collaborate with talented winemakers in Chile, South Africa, and Argentina, offering a diverse selection that reflects the unique character, traditions, and flavors of each region.
