About
At Being Counseling Houston, we believe healing through psychotherapy is both a science and an art. Our philosophy is to integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with the timeless wisdom of mindfulness, yoga, Taoist, and Zen traditions, offering a holistic path toward emotional wellness and personal growth.
We take an eclectic and client-centered approach, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual—drawing from a range of modalities.
