The Sentinel Marfa

The Sentinel Marfa is a unique coffee shop, restaurant, and bar that doubles as an event venue, all while supporting local journalism through The Big Bend Sentinel newspaper. Nestled in a historic adobe building, it offers a spacious atmosphere where patrons can enjoy locally inspired dishes and drinks, whether it's a morning Americano or an afternoon cocktail. The inviting back patio provides a perfect setting for a relaxed dining experience under the Texas sky.
