Every great ride ends the same way: the kickstand drops, the helmet comes off, and the Hill Country breeze gets a word in. Out on the Three Twisted Sisters®, the famed loop runs over 100 miles and packs about 65 curves into a single 15-mile stretch. Bent Rim Grill and Frio Canyon Motorcycle Stop in Leakey serve as the official headquarters of the Three Twisted Sisters®, their registered trademark. Bikers aren't the only ones pulling in, though. Car clubs, Frio River tubers, hunters, families, and leashed pets all find a place here.

Every Angus burger is made fresh daily and grilled to order, never frozen or parked under a heat lamp. The half-pound Fat Bob stacks pepperjack and bacon on a jalapeño cheddar bun with house-made Cajun mayo. The Ninja adds Hatch green chiles, while the Indian Chief pairs bacon and cheddar on sourdough. There's also the third-pound Softail, three-quarter-pound ribeye Hillbilly Cheesesteak, and 11-inch Dirty Dawg loaded with chili, queso, and onion rings.

The grill caters on-site or off-site, and its famous Fast Lunch has fed crowds as large as 300. It also hosts rehearsal dinners, weddings, and birthday parties. Weekends bring 8 a.m. breakfast, live music, ice-cold drinks, and deep canyon views of the Texas Hill Country. That mix of big flavor and small-town hospitality has earned Bent Rim Grill Best Burger in the Best of the Frio awards three years running. This year, it also took Best Restaurant and earned a 2026 Best of Texas Award, and the crew plans to keep earning those titles and more.
