One More Round on Main Street

Hill Country river days tend to end the same happy way. The tubes get strapped back onto the truck, and everyone's cheeks carry a little extra Texas sun. Then somebody suggests one more round before calling it a night. In Junction, that round has a stylish home on Main Street at Pour Decisions. The lounge blends small-town Hill Country charm with a modern edge, and it welcomes locals and visitors alike.

Inside, copper accents catch the glow of ambient lighting. The seating is arranged for actual conversation, so nobody has to shout over the next table. The cocktail menu balances familiar favorites with creative house specialties. Whiskey drinkers can count on a smooth pour, while ranch water fans have a reliable place to land. Each drink is meant to be easy to love and hard to forget. Still, the cocktails are only half the draw. Laughter at the bar and genuine connection are what keep regulars coming back. On nights when the couch is calling, guests can order their favorites online and pick them up on the way home.

During hunting season, August through February, Pour Decisions welcomes guests Sunday through Thursday from 2 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 2 p.m. to midnight. It's the kind of spot where a quick drink after work can easily stretch into a full evening of catching up. It's the kind of spot where a quick drink after work can easily stretch into a full evening of catching up. It works just as well for unwinding after a long shift as it does for toasting a promotion or a birthday. Now the team's celebrating their 2026 Best of Texas Regional Award. That calls for a toast of its own, and the bartenders already know exactly what to pour.
